Hardcover Shipping & Delivery
Our hardcovers are printed on demand specifically for your order. Allow 5–7 business days for production, followed by 3–5 business days for standard shipping. Total estimated arrival: 8–12 business days from order date.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union via our print-on-demand partner BookVault. Shipping costs and availability are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Yes. Once your book ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor delivery through the carrier's website. Production updates are also sent as your order moves through the print queue.
We'll make it right. Email info@theguidebookco.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no charge. This is a replacement, not a refund — all sales remain final under our refund policy.
International shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your destination country and the weight of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm payment.

Yes. MP3 downloads are available alongside the streaming option. You'll receive both links in your delivery email so you can choose whichever works best for you.

Most audiobooks run between 4 and 6 hours depending on the trade and depth of content. The exact runtime is shown on each product page before you buy.
Not currently — our audiobooks are delivered directly to you, not distributed through public podcast or streaming platforms. This keeps the content exclusive to buyers and lets us keep pricing fair.

Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any product — digital guidebooks, hardcover books, or audio versions. This policy is clearly stated at checkout before you confirm your purchase. By completing your order, you agree to it.
Digital products are delivered instantly and permanently upon purchase — once a file is downloaded, it cannot be returned. Print-on-demand hardcovers are produced specifically for your individual order the moment it's placed. Because of this, there is nothing to “return.” By completing your purchase, you acknowledged and agreed to our no-refund policy.
All sales are final, so we can't process a refund or swap. That said, reach out to info@theguidebookco.com with your situation and we'll do our best to help — we want you to end up with the right book.

No account required. Checkout is handled through Stripe as a guest purchase. Your email address is your access — we use it to send your download links, order confirmation, and any future updates to your guidebook.
Email info@theguidebookco.com with the email address you used to purchase and we'll send you a summary of your order history. We're working on a self-serve order portal — it's on the roadmap.
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email we send. This removes you from our mailing list immediately. Note: transactional emails (order confirmations, download links) cannot be opted out of since they're required for your purchase.
Yes. Email info@theguidebookco.com from both your old and new email addresses so we can verify the change. We'll update your records and resend any active download links to the new address.

Yes — every guidebook in our catalog is updated yearly. Laws, licensing requirements, market rates, and industry standards change. We rebuild every edition to reflect those changes. Your purchase grants lifetime access to all future editions at no extra cost. We notify you by email when a new edition releases.
Major annual updates ship every January — every guidebook receives a full review against current licensing requirements, market rates, regulations, and industry standards. Spot updates for major regulatory changes (federal rate moves, state license overhauls, significant law changes) ship within 60 days of the change going into effect. Your purchase guarantees lifetime access to all of these updates at no extra cost.
We email you a fresh download link from info@theguidebookco.com when a new edition releases. Simply open the link, download the updated PDF, and replace your previous version. Nothing to buy. Nothing to renew. If you don’t see the update email, check your spam folder first — then email us with your original order number and we’ll resend.
Hardcover buyers can order an updated print edition at cost (print & shipping only — no markup from us) when a major annual update releases.

No — each license is a single-user, single-business license. Partners and team members need their own copy. All files are watermarked, and redistribution violates our Terms of Service. Multiple-copy purchases are available at a discount — contact us.
