No Refunds
All sales are final. The Guidebook & Co.™ does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product, including digital guidebooks, hardcover books, or audio versions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
This policy exists for a straightforward reason: digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned." Print-on-demand hardcovers are produced specifically for your individual order the moment it's placed — there is no inventory to take back. Audio versions are likewise delivered permanently at the time of purchase.
Exception: Damaged Hardcover Replacement
If your hardcover arrives physically damaged or defective, we will ship a replacement at no charge. To request a replacement:
- Email info@theguidebookco.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos clearly showing the damage
- Include your order number
Replacement requests submitted after 7 days of confirmed delivery may not be honored. A replacement is not a refund — the original purchase remains final.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving the product — without a legitimate basis — is considered fraudulent. We maintain records of all purchases and deliveries. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and reported to the appropriate authorities.

- To fulfill your orders and deliver your products (digital download links, hardcover shipping, audio access)

Who We Share Your Information With

- Cloudflare — site hosting, CDN, and security (receives IP and request data)

- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising pixels for retargeting (subject to your consent choices)
All service providers operate under industry-standard data processing agreements and are required to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

When you purchase a digital guidebook, audio version, or any other digital product from The Guidebook & Co.™, you receive a single-user, single-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that product for your own personal or business purposes.
All files are watermarked. This license does not permit you to:
- Share the file with anyone else, including business partners, employees, or family members
- Redistribute, resell, or re-license the product in any form
- Post the content publicly online, in whole or in part
- Use the content to create derivative works for resale or distribution
Each person or business who intends to use a guidebook must purchase their own license.

Shipping Policy

This policy applies to hardcover book orders only. Digital guidebooks and audio versions are delivered electronically — no shipping applies.
Print-on-Demand Production
Our hardcover guidebooks are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, BookVault. Each book is produced specifically for your order — we do not maintain a physical inventory. This allows us to offer a wider catalog without minimum print runs, but it does mean your order goes through a production step before shipping.
Production & Shipping Timeline
- Production time: 5–7 business days (from order confirmation to print completion)
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after production completes
- Estimated total delivery: 8–12 business days from your order date
These are estimates. Actual timelines may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship hardcover orders to:
- United States (all 50 states)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European Union member states
We are working to expand international availability. If your country is not listed, email info@theguidebookco.com and we'll let you know what's possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before you confirm payment — there are no surprise fees added after checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your book ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. You may also receive production status updates as your order moves through the print queue.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your hardcover arrives damaged or defective, we will ship a replacement at no charge. To request a replacement:
- Email info@theguidebookco.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery
- Attach photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- Include your order number
We'll confirm receipt and ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property. If the package is genuinely missing after 5 business days from the tracking delivery date, email info@theguidebookco.com.
If your tracking shows your package has not moved for an extended period and appears lost in transit, contact us after 21 days from your ship date. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement.
