Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer two formats: Hardcover (printed and shipped) and Audio (digital download). We do not offer hardcover or hardcover editions.

Audio — Instant Digital Delivery

Audio guidebooks are delivered as a digital download link sent immediately to your email address after payment clears. Delivery is typically within 1–5 minutes of purchase.

Hardcover — Print-on-Demand via BookVault

Every hardcover guidebook is printed on demand (POD) by BookVault, our professional print fulfillment partner. Each copy is manufactured specifically for your order and ships directly to you.

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Digital (PDF & ePub) — Instant Delivery

Digital guidebooks are delivered as a secure download link sent to your email immediately after payment. No shipping involved.

Damaged or Defective Hardcovers

If your hardcover arrives damaged in shipping, misprinted, missing pages, or is the wrong title, we will send a free replacement. To request a replacement:

  1. Email info@theguidebookco.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect
  3. We will confirm and dispatch a replacement at no charge

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind on hardcover orders. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused by customs or returned to BookVault, we are unable to issue a refund for the purchase price or original shipping.

Missing Download Email

If you did not receive your download email after purchase, check your spam and promotions folder first. Still missing? Use our Resend My Downloads page or email info@theguidebookco.com with your order number.
